Featuring:
A snack assortment comprised of smokey organic duck pâté, fire roasted olive tapenade, smoked halibut spread, and a piece of triple cream cheese with nuts, condiments and crackers.
A grilled salad of chicories, with WA pear, sheep’s milk bleu cheese & hazelnuts
Fully cooked and sliced smoked heritage turkey breast & confit dark meat with giblet gravy, and sides – cranberry compote, sourdough stuffing, mashed yukon potatoes, braised greens, grilled delicata squash.
And finally a choice of pumpkin pie, caramel nut tart or brandied plum sorbet for dessert.
We will provide simple reheating instructions.
