This year we have three thanksgiving options.

1. dine in. (fully booked) offering a four course menu with vegetable, entree and dessert choices plus supplemental options. reservations strongly recommended. $80 per person

sample menu –

snack platter:
smokey organic duck pâté, fire roasted olive tapenade, triple cream cheese,

with nuts, condiments and crackers

vegetable choices:
grilled salad of chicories, bosc pear, sheep’s milk bleu, hazelnuts, mint

wood oven roasted sunchokes, walnuts, lemon, parsley, olive oil

wood roasted chanterelle mushrooms, cauliflower, almonds, huckleberry

entrée choices:
grilled king salmon*, celeriac, apples, pumpkin seeds, celery leaf

grilled heritage pork, slow roasted cabbage, fingerlings, pickled carrot, mustard seed

heritage turkey dinner, sourdough stuffing, mashed potato, gravy, greens, cranberry

dessert choices:

pumpkin pie

caramel nut tart

brandied plum sorbet

 

2. (sold out) Take & Bake: all you’ll need is an oven and tinfoil for our take & bake four course Thanksgiving dinner!

Featuring:

A snack assortment comprised of smokey organic duck pâté, fire roasted olive tapenade, a piece of fresh triple cream cheese with nuts, condiments and crackers. 

grilled salad of chicories, with WA pear, sheep’s milk bleu cheese & hazelnuts

Fully cooked and sliced smoked heritage turkey breast & confit dark meat with giblet gravy, and sides – cranberry compote, sourdough stuffing, mashed yukon potatoes, braised greens, grilled delicata squash.

And finally a choice of pumpkin pie, caramel nut tart  or brandied plum sorbet for dessert. 

We will provide simple reheating instructions.

3. (sold out) Thanksgiving day Turkey dinners: we are offering a take away heritage turkey dinner plate with a slice of pumpkin pie or caramel tart for $50.
